identified by the National Literacy Mission (NLM) as an authorized agency for undertaking
external evaluation at the National level. |

South Dinajpur, Burdwan, Purulia, Darjeeling, Cooch Bihar (all in West Bengal), Shibsagar
(Assam), Khurdah (Orissa).
